We provide our insurance clients with coverage evaluations and opinion letters, as well as defense of litigation in state and federal court on behalf of underwriters’ interests.  We handle 1st party, 3rd party, and bad faith claims.  The firm represents insurers in matters before the Florida Department of Insurance and responds to claims of insureds made to the department.  We have many years of experience working with major London and domestic insurers, and have developed a thorough understanding of the nuances of insurance practice and policies. Our clients frequently request our assistance in drafting, reviewing and analyzing policy language for insurance policies of all types.
