Mr. Ramirez focuses his practice on maritime personal injury and
wrongful death claims involving crew and passengers, collision and
allision claims, insurance coverage disputes, shore excursion
liabilities and product liability claims. He also handles vessel
arrests and preferred ship's mortgage foreclosure actions, marine
contracts and other commercial transactions. He is experienced in
representing the hospitality industry in litigation including negligent
security, as well as transactional representation.
Mr. Ramirez is admitted to practice in Florida and New York, as well as
the Southern and Middle U.S. District Courts of Florida. He is a member
of the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, and Dade County Bar
Association.
He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
