Miami, FL  ---  Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, L.L.P. announced that David N. Gambach has joined the firm as a partner, to further strengthen its growing practice.  In the past year, the firm has grown from twelve attorneys to seventeen attorneys.

David N. Gambach earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami (B.A. 1989), his M.B.A. from Nova University (1991), and his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law (J.D., 1994).  In 1994 he was admitted to the Florida Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit. 

Gambach represents clients in the marine, hospitality, construction, and insurance industries in diverse matters including commercial litigation, personal injury defense, breach of contract disputes, insurance coverage issues, products liability litigation, salvage claims, and professional malpractice.
