Natalie Z. Gassett is an associate in the firm’s Tampa, Florida office. Ms. Gassett earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The Florida State University in 1999 and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2002. While in law school, Ms. Gassett served on law review, earned a position as an assistant contracts law instructor, won several awards for professional responsibility, and was awarded highest grade awards in pre-trial practice, professional responsibility and legal reasoning and writing. Ms. Gassett practices in a wide range of civil litigation areas, including employment law, business and commercial disputes, admiralty and maritime claims, and transportation cases. She has extensive litigation experience in federal and state court, and experience in employment and securities law arbitration. Ms. Gassett is a certified Florida arbitrator has been formally trained in Florida Circuit Civil mediation. Ms. Gassett is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Ms. Gassett is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida
Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association (trial law and
employment law sections), the National Association of Professional
Women, the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce Emerge Leadership program and
the Suncoast Society of Human Resource Managers. Additionally, Ms.
Gassett was featured in “Who’s Who of American Lawyers” in 2007. Ms.
Gassett is a frequent speaker on business and employment related topics
and has published several articles on various aspects of employment and
civil litigation. |
