Jonah M. Levine is an associate in the firm’s Tampa office. Born and raised in Tampa, Mr. Levine graduated from Tulane University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Jewish Studies. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, where he obtained his Master of Business Administration in 2007 and Juris Doctor in 2008. While in law school, Mr. Levine served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Barry S. Seltzer, United States Magistrate Judge, in Fort Lauderdale. He was also a staff member and Managing Technical Editor of the Nova Law Review. In 2009, Mr. Levine received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Admiralty, with distinction, from the Tulane University Law School. While at Tulane Law School, he was awarded the Edward A. Dodd Jr. Award, which is offered each year by the Tulane Maritime Law Center to the outstanding candidate for the degree of LL.M. in Admiralty. Mr. Levine also received the highest grades in both the Admiralty I and Marine Insurance I courses. Mr. Levine practices in the area of Admiralty and Maritime Law. He is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Mr. Levine is an associate member of the Maritime Law Association of the United States, the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute, the Federal Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association. He currently holds a U.S. Coast Guard Operator of Uninspected Passenger Vessels Captain’s License and is an avid boater and fisherman.
