Jessica Calvo is an Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Calvo is an experienced litigator in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, employment discrimination, admiralty law, and medical malpractice. She also has expertise in handling commercial transactions including contract drafting and negotiations.

Prior to joining Hamilton, Miller & Birthisel, LLP, Ms. Calvo worked at a Miami trial firm and prior to that, she was an Assistant Vice President and Compliance Officer at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in New York where she traveled to branch offices across the country to provide evaluation and risk assessment with respect to compliance with industry regulations and firm policies and procedures.

Ms. Calvo is admitted to the Florida and New York bars. She is fluent in Spanish.
