Ms.
Miller is an experienced and successful litigator who has represented
product manufacturers, distributors, cities and municipalities,
international businesses, doctors and other medical professionals, the
world's largest passenger cruise lines, and major marine domestic and
international underwriters, in cases stemming from mass tort and class
actions, wrongful death, personal injury claims, sexual assault claims,
medical malpractice suits, product liability actions, excursion
liabilities, negligent security claims, premises liability claims, and
claims asserted under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
She
has also successfully handled claims involving vessel collisions and
allisions, charter party disputes, sale and purchase of yachts and
commercial claims arising out of the Florida Uniform Commercial Code,
the Fraud and Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Magnuson Moss
Warranty Act.
