Ira Rubin is an associate in the firm's Miami office. Mr. Rubin was born in New York, New York, and was raised in Dallas, Texas. Prior to beginning his practice in Florida, Mr. Rubin lived in Los Angeles, California where he was a civil litigator and handled a broad range of matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. He also served as a Charter Member on a Community Planning Advisory Committee and was appointed by one the Los Angeles City Council Members to that position. In addition, he was a founding member of a regional organization devoted to local land planning issues. Mr. Rubin represents clients in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death defense, medical and professional malpractice defense, property and casualty, complex business disputes, admiralty and maritime claims, and products liability. Mr. Rubin is also a professional stock photographer whose images from all seven continents have been published by National Geographic, Outside Magazine, the Los Angeles Times, Forbes FYI, several in-flight airline magazines, and numerous travel guides, textbooks, children’s books, and calendars and used widely in the travel and tourism industry. He has had photographic exhibitions of his prints in Pasadena, California, and in Eugene, Oregon. Practice Areas
